- The Union Building will close on 22 December and re-open on 4 January.
- The Union Shop and Shop Extra on Sherfield Walkway have now closed. Shop Extra will re-open on 4 January, with Union Shop re-opening on 10 January.
- h-bar and Reynolds are now closed.
- FiveSixEight will close at 11.30pm on Saturday 18 December and will re-open on 4 January.
- Reynolds Bar will re-open on 7 January.
- h-bar will re-open on 10 January.
