Did you know that even a short amount of physical activity can have a positive impact on your mood and wellbeing, and help your brain to focus and memorise information? To help you relieve stress during the exam period, we've joined forces with Move Imperial to put together a series of free, short physical activity events to get you moving and support your wellbeing.
