IC basketball Christmas Dinner

At 20:00 on 04/12/24, circa 40 members of Imperial Basketball will arrive at The Drayton Arms, a pub on 153 Old Brompton Road. They will arrive via their own transport of choice, most likely to be public transport via the tube or bus. The members will be seated in smaller tables of roughly 5-10 people. The menu is a predecided course, catering to indiidual’s dietary requirements submitte via an online form. This consists of bar snacks and mains of calamari, fried chicken, nachos and etc. The full menu with allergens will be shared with the attendees to ensure everyone is aware of ingredients and food to be served. Executive committee members will be responsible for monitoring each attendee receives the food. Only attendees over the age of 18 can attend as there is an ID check by the pub. Attendees can purchase alcohol from the pub. Alcohol consumption will be moderated by the executive committee. The event will last roughly two hours and members will leave around 22:00
